Centre for Climate and Energy Analysis (CAKE) is a specialist analytical center operating within the National Centre for Emission Management (KOBiZE).
CAKE – the Centre for Climate and Energy Analysis established as the project outcome is above all a team of experts developing and applying analytical tools, networks and communication channels,
then in sustainable manner produce and deliver knowledge to support decision-making process.
CAKE experts have many years of experience in the field of analyzes of climate and energy policy and conduct constant monitoring of the climate policy of the EU and Poland.
Our team includes professionals permanently employed at IOŚ-PIB and KOBiZE, as well asexperts and scholars from universities and research centres collaborating with us.
