Networking meeting between LIFE VIIEW 2050 and the Green Deal Ukraina Project

On the 22nd 2024, LIFE VIIEW 2050 Team has a priviledge to meet with the representatives of the Green Deal Ukraina Project. The networking meeting took place in Warsaw. The meeting with LIFE VIIEW 2050 team was an an occasion to exchange the information and outcomes of our modelling work undertaken in the area of both projcts.

During the meeting the represenatatives of the Green Deal Ukraїna, which is a trilateral project of Germany, Poland, and Ukraine presented the main objectives and goals of the project. The main purpose of the project  aims to set up a Think Tank Kyiv-based to support Ukrainian governmental institutions, policymakers, experts, and society in making future-proof energy and climate policy decisions ahead of full EU membership.   The LIFE VIIEW 2050 experts experts introduced the activities and research work on which the LIFEW VIIEW 2050 project is carried out, as well as promote the first analysis: ” VIIEW on EU ETS 2050: Changing the scope of the EU ETS.”
